Annual Meeting
Date: Monday, July 21, 2014 Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm
Place: Embassy Suites Napa Valley Napa, CA
There are three (3) positions available on the NSTP Board of Directors, each for a term of three (3) years. If you are not attending the NSTP Annual Meeting on July 21, 2014 at Embassy Suites Napa Valley, Napa, CA at 11:00am, you will want to cast your Proxy ballot either online or by USPS Mail. On the Proxy ballot the NSTP member can give their Proxy to an NSTP member who will be in attendance at the meeting or give their Proxy to the entire Board of Directors who will then distribute the Proxies to the six current Board members to vote.
NSTP members in attendance at the Annual Meeting will cast their vote at the meeting.
Members holding 250 of the votes entitled to be cast at the Annual Meeting, represented in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum.
PROXY ballots must be received by the NSTP office no later than midnight, July 11, 2014, in a special envelope designated for this purpose, or online at www.nstp.org/member/onlinevoting.php. Biographies can also be viewed at www.nstp.org in the Member Section. CAUTION: According to NSTP bylaws, Proxies not received by the specified date will be deemed invalid and not counted.
